For years, we've worked hard to get tattoo artists the supplies they need, when they need them. As we continue to grow, we're making some changes behind the scenes to help us do that even better.
We're currently moving into a new fulfillment center and bringing more inventory together in one place than ever before. When the move is complete later this summer, we'll be shipping from a single primary location, making it even easier for us to keep the products you need ready to go.
We're also introducing same-day fulfillment on eligible e-commerce orders placed before 1 p.m. MST / 4 p.m. EDT*, helping to get your order on its way even faster.
By bringing more inventory together in one place, we'll be able to ship more orders complete from a single location, helping keep things simple from checkout to delivery.
The move is happening in phases from now until the end of August, so during the transition some orders may still ship from multiple locations while inventory is being transferred into its new home.
Don't worry, we're not going anywhere. You'll still find us at our Florida and Texas showrooms, out on our van routes, at conventions, on the phone, through the app, and online whenever you need us.
At the end of the day, this is all about making sure Kingpin stays stocked, stays fast, and stays ready to support artists for years to come.
