2) Click on the "Activate Your Account" link
3) Enter your account email in text box and click on "Send Activation Email"
4) Follow the instructions in the email to create a password and login!

Your order will take 1-2 business days to process. Once your order has been processed it will begin transit. Packages can be expected to arrive in 1-4 business days, depending on the shipping region and method selected.
Upon invoice creation, you will receive an email with your tracking information. You may receive multiple tracking numbers depending on the size of the items in your order. You can visit UPS.com to enter in your tracking number to get up to date information on the status of your package.

On the Sign In page, next to where you would enter your password, click the "Forgot your Password?" link. The link will direct you to a page where you can enter the email associated with your account. Click the "Reset Password" button to receive a "Reset Password" email and follow the directions in the email to set a new password. If you do not receive the "Reset Password" email, be sure to check your junk folder or spam. If you still do not see your "Reset Password" email, then please reach out to our Customer Service and we will assist you.
Once your payment method processes after placing an order, you will receive an email with an order confirmation number. If you have not received an order confirmation number, please call our customer service department for assistance.

The California Showroom is located at 168 E Freedom Ave, Anaheim, CA 92801 and is open Monday - Friday from 9am to 6pm PST.
Artists must be verified at a shop when making purchases in the showrooms.
We offer flat rate shipping. Orders with 4 items or less ship for a flat rate of $8.99 (an additional $4.99 will be added for oversized items). Orders with 5 items or more ship for a flat rate of $13.99 (an additional $4.99 will be added for oversized items). These rates are for ground shipping only.
