Royal Rewards is the official loyalty program for Kingpin Tattoo Supply. Members earn points on qualifying purchases and can redeem those points for rewards at checkout. The more you shop, the higher your tier and the faster you earn points.
Any customer with a Kingpin Tattoo Supply online account can join the program. The program is currently available to customers in the United States.
Joining is easy. Simply create a Kingpin Tattoo Supply account or log in to your existing account. Once you're logged in, you’ll automatically start earning points on eligible purchases.
Members earn points every time they shop on kingpintattoosupply.com, on the Kingpin app, in the Kingin showrooms, or when you call 855-546-4746. Your earning rate depends on your loyalty tier:
- Loyalist: 1 point per $1 spent
- Knight: 1.5 points per $1 spent
- Noble: 2 points per $1 spent
- Monarch: 2.5 points per $1 spent
Points are earned on product purchases after discounts are applied and exclude taxes and shipping.
Earn points by leaving product reviews—bonus points are awarded when you include a photo or video.
You can submit reviews through post-purchase emails or directly on a product page. Once your review is approved and published, your points will be added to your account. You can only earn points for leaving a review every 2 weeks.
Important:
- Use the same email tied to your Royal Rewards account and original order
- Verify your email via the confirmation link sent after submitting your review
Only verified reviews are eligible for points.
In order to prevent fraud, if a customer enters a birthday that's within the next 30 days, their reward will be delayed until 30 days from the date of entry.
Yes. You must be logged into your Kingpin account when placing your order to earn loyalty points. Orders placed while checked out as a guest will not receive points.
For every 250 points, you can redeem $10 in Royal Rewards toward your purchase.
Redeeming your points is simple.
- Log in to your Kingpin account.
- Add eligible items to your cart.
- At checkout, select the reward you would like to apply.
Your points will automatically be deducted from your balance when the reward is applied.
Royal Rewards can be combined with promotional codes or other discount offers. Promotions that exclude Royal Reward points will be detailed on our Promotions page.
Points earned from canceled orders will not automatically be returned or awarded. In most cases, points must be manually adjusted by our team if the order was canceled after points were redeemed or earned.
Full Refunds
If an order is fully refunded, any points earned from that purchase will be removed from your account. If you used reward points on that order, those points will be returned to your balance.
In some situations, this may result in a negative point balance if the points from that order were already used on a later purchase.
Partial Refunds
If an order is partially refunded, your points will be adjusted to reflect the final amount spent.
Example:
If you earned 100 points on a $100 order and later receive a $75 refund, your earned points will be adjusted to 25 points.
If points were used as part of a discount on the purchase, a proportional amount of points may be returned depending on the refund amount.
Yes. If you earn points from a purchase and spend those points on a later order, then return the original purchase, the previously earned points will be removed from your account. This may result in a negative point balance.
