I was specifically looking for this type of lid on the sharps container. I even did the chat online prior to placing the order. The person I was chatting with on the website confirmed this was the lid. When the order came it was wrong. I reached out right away and the customer service representative did not care to help. I never even heard back after my last email. Horrible customer service. I will never order from here again. I sent photos and showed what was being advertised and he did not care. He said I received a 2 gallon container. That doesn’t matter. I needed this specific design and that’s what the photo shows I would be getting.
