Return Policy

Kingpin accepts returns on most new, unopened items within (30) calendar days of delivery for a refund.

To initiate a return, please call Customer Service at 855.546.4746.

All returnable Kingpin items must be received in their original packaging, with all contents.

Please ship items in a NEW box, do not put labels directly on the product box.  Use your preferred carrier to ship your return to the return address listed on your invoice with the attention to “Returns”. 

Please include a copy of your invoice or reference your invoice number for quicker handling. 

 

 The following items are not returnable:

• Books
• Ink
• Apparel
• Tattoo machines
• Thermal imagers
• Sterilizers
• TATSoul furniture 

 

In the unlikely event that your product is defective upon arrival, please contact our Customer Service Department at 888.299.5675 for assistance.

Shipping damages must be reported upon receipt of the package.  

Defective items or missing parts must be reported to us within 5 days of purchase or delivery.

When requesting a return, regardless of the reason, we may require you to send us photo of the defective product and \ or damaged box, please do not discard

For warranty-related returns and exchanges, all machines and products NOT manufactured by Kingpin are fulfilled through manufacturer.

Warranties are voided by non-factory modifications and repairs by unauthorized personnel.

 

FURNITURE POLICY
