Return Policy

In the unlikely event that your product is defective upon arrival, please contact our customer service department at 855-546-4746 or email support@kingpintattoosupply.com for assistance.

You may return most new, unopened items within (30) calendar days of delivery for a refund. To initiate a return, please call Customer Service at 855.546.4746. All returnable Kingpin items must be received in their original packaging, with all contents. Please ship items in a new box, do not put labels directly on the product box.  Use your preferred carrier to ship your return to the return address listed on your invoice with the attention to “Returns”.  Please include a copy of your invoice or reference your invoice number for quicker handling.

 

The following items are not returnable:

  • Books
  • Flash
  • Magazines
  • DVD’s
  • Ink
  • Apparel
  • Tattoo machines
  • Thermal imagers
  • Sterilizers
  • Tatsoul furniture
